AccessPlus is a pre-paid access service providing unlimited long distance calling within the lower 48 states. Service is provided for a flat fee and is available on both 30-day and 90-day terms.

Restrictions

• Does not include Alaska, Hawaii or international calling.
• AccessPlus reserves the right to periodically review accounts and terminate subscriptions at its sole discretion, particularly if long distance usage surpasses either 1000 minutes in any 7-day period or 4000 minutes in any 30-day period, refunding the unused portion of the subscription fee.
• AccessPlus' liability is limited to refunding the prepaid subscription fee.
